Issue when Advertising is open with scrollbar unnecessarily appearing.

Problem: Scrollbar moves subwindow and the wrong field is clicked

I noticed when this Lastpass premium advertising window is open and one hovers over the last entry for copying passwords the scroll bar appears and moves this entry for no obvious reason.

Lastpass version: 4.62.0

Chrome version: 87.0.4280.88 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit) (cohort: Stable)
