Hi,
I've been using LastPass for years and been rather happy with it... Except when I use it with Safari on Mac.
iOS (iPhone and iPad) is good, Chrome Win/Mac is good, Firefox Win/Mac is good... But Safari Mac keeps being a mess.
Some of the behaviors I'm experiencing include (but are not limited to):
- If I click on the LP logo in a login box, I will almost always be kicked from my fullscreen Safari screen back to the desktop. Going back to Safari will show the prompts for recorded login info a but this is very annoying
- Detection is bad on some sites (only on Safari Mac, with other browsers LP works fine...)
- If detection fail and I try clicking the extension icon then login info so it fills the undetected box... It almost never works and instead reopens the target site in another tab.
In a word: it is buggy as hell.
I've been using my Mac a lot more these past few months and since I'm very Apple-centric I wouldn't give up Safari, which means I may drop LP if I can't find a solution 😞
