I have support technicians who are reporting that the LogMeIn Technician Console is logging them out if they are idle for more than a few minutes. When the log back into LogMeinRescue.com all of their sessions are still there and they can reconnect.
Each support tech has a unique login. I don't see anywhere in the Admin Console where there is a timeout for the technician console, just for sessions. Additionally, this is not happening for all users, just some of them. I have had it happen to me once a couple weeks ago but I have had four technicians (out of 25) report the problem today.
