I remember now...
We could do it previously with Logmein pro by using this button
Since we switched to Central plan, this button doesn't exist anymore
This is sad, it was pretty useful
Is there any plan to add this option in central?

You can also set up unattended installations like LogMeIn Pro, for access to remote PCs at any time.
Right now I use the screen capture from my local computer but I feel like the resolution is lower than what I could get if do it remotely
I don't know how GoToAssist and Rescue services works
We currently have a Central plan
@Cadmos Central / Pro services do not currently offer a screen shot function. You would need to utilize the local machine for capturing the entire desktop or 'snip' the part you want to save. Have you considered utilizing GoToAssist or Rescue services for more functionality?
