The normal price for LastPass Families is $48 USD per year, if you are seeing a price of $36/year for LastPass Families that would be including a discount. Could you double check to see if there is a promo/discount added when purchasing Families?
Still does not work, I hit the promo tab on my LastPass homepage and it still checks out at $36.00. Tried all the links you provided with no success.
I received an email today regarding the discount, but the links were broken, and couldn't get the $36 first year option to show up.
I used this link and it seems to have worked.
I am concerned about the average person's ability to research and resolve the issue, however.

im having the same issue... i cannot upgrade to the family package.
i get to the payment page, enter in my details.. click submit and nothing... page does not process the payment.
ive tried with IE, Chrome and Firefox and using incognito.
the whole lastpass site is flakey and seems to log me out every time a new page is loaded.
is anybody else having issues not being able to process a payment?

I am unable to purchase a subscription. I can navigate to the page but when I click on [Buy Now] it takes me to a blank page which never paints. I have tried this on several different browsers on different devices.
I am very concerned because I and my family are all Free users. We would like to purchase a subscription because we don't want to get locked to one device type (as of 15-March-21).
I have tried to contact LastPass support, but they are not responding to me.
According to LastPass they are NOT currently experiencing any system outage!!! (really?)

The link you and @GlennD have been posting in this thread is correct: as all my previous posts (with screenshots), I'm able to get the 25% discount (another screenshot):
The real problem is when you fill the form and click on the button Confirm Purchase: your server that is returning internal error 500 in "ProccessPurchaseWithCardAdd" (look the screenshot):
AGAIN: it's not a problem with the promo link, it's a problem with your purchase code / script / server !!!
Just tried to purchase yet again but same problem.
Have been trying to upgrade our accounts to the family plan but it fails each time. Have tried at leat 6 times today!
Please suggest a course of action.

ALTHOUGH I'm trying since yesterday with no success - always get an error message (Server Error 500). Worse is the support: no answer from them TO PAY A SUBSCRIPTION... imagine when you'll find a real issue.
Link to family does not give discount for me either. The link to premium does work and reflects the discount.
I have the free version and want to upgrade to family. Fill in the purchase form and not hit submit. Nothing happens,
I can't purchase anything and with the trials ending, this pretty much forces me to change password managers then? I fill in all my information, but whenever I want to proceed, nothing happens. Anyone else have this issue?

I received a pop-up in my Lastpass vault window with an offer to upgrade to Families with a 21% discount. When I tried to click-thru it had the regular price of $4/mo. How do I get the discount?
Thanks for the information, I'm glad you were able to complete the purchase! I've passed this information along to our team to let them know there may potentially be an issue with non-English payment pages or the Dutch language page.
I received the errors in Dutch, so to get the right translation I just retried purchasing family license with English language/page setting and gues what; no error! Purchase is completed!Probably there is an issue with the Dutch language on the payment page?

What does the error message say that you are seeing when trying to purchase LastPass Families? Being on an active trial should not cause you to be unable to purchase a Families subscription.
I currently have the 30 days trial period active for family plan. I would like to extend to paid version by paying per credit card. By clicking the button for extending current plan, I get redirected to the payment page https://www.lastpass.com/nl/buy/families. After submitting my creditcard details I keep getting an error. In my creditcard account I can see LOGMEIN succesfully made a reservation of € 0,00. I've tried this 5 times in 2 days in a row, without any success.
Does anyone know why I keep getting an error? Is it because I still have an active trial period?
