Can I share a GDoc in an activity with users who are blocked from accessing GDrive?

I have a client who is unable to access Gdrive folders/docs due to their internal security. 

 

Does this mean I can't share a GDrive document for a shared activity or a breakout group?  It seems that way but I want to make sure this isn't some setting on my end.

I got an answer from tech support - No, if a user's company has blocked Gdrive, those participants will not be able to view Gdrive docs in an Activity/Breakout.
