In our environment, we cannot use the auto-download and auto-install flow that happens when participants join an event. We therefore need to pre-install the necessary software. Please note that the users will not be hosting events at all. They will always be participants only. Our users will be participating in GoToWebinar as well as in GoToMeeting events.
We found the GoToOpenerMultiUser.msi but I am unsure, whether this works for GoToMeeting events as well as for GoToWebinar events. Any help with this wold be greatly appreciated.
