Which client to deploy for participants - GoToWebinar and GoToMeeting

Dear All,

In our environment, we cannot use the auto-download and auto-install flow that happens when participants join an event. We therefore need to pre-install the necessary software. Please note that the users will not be hosting events at all. They will always be participants only. Our users will be participating in GoToWebinar as well as in GoToMeeting events.

We found the GoToOpenerMultiUser.msi but I am unsure, whether this works for GoToMeeting events as well as for GoToWebinar events. Any help with this wold be greatly appreciated.

@fdrllgr All these services use the same opener to launch the desktop software.

We also offer web apps for all services which work best in Chrome, and do not require the opener or desktop app downloads. The technology is currently slightly different between the GoTo services, but attendees who have downloads blocked locally will be brought into the event through the web app automatically
