My master password has stopped working after it worked just a week ago. So I am trying to go through the account Recovery steps. I get a screen that says "Click to Recover Account". When I click on that another prompt asks "Use a one-time password for account recovery?" So I click on Yes. Then it goes back to the previous page and just shows spinning dots going on for quite a while. I tried again 2 more times and got the same result. What can I do to get past this step?
Has anyone figured out how to solve this?
My father is having the same issue.
He tries to recover his master password through Recovery One Time Password and it is stuck loading after clicking the "Click to Recover Account" button.
I have attached a screenshot below.
