Hello and good afternoon.We've been using GoToMeeting for some time. In addition to GoToWebinar, we also want to use GoToTraining for our training department.For our training scenario, the so-called "breakout rooms" function is a decisive criterion for our use. This function is alsooffered and marketed in various places on your website.Just incidentally, somewhere "incidentally" is indicated that this function ONLY works with the Google Chrome browser. However, since we are not allowed to use this browser in the company for data protection reasons, problems arise here. My question is: Is it really the case that the Breakoutrooms function only works with Google Chrome and if so, what alternatives can you offer us? Are you planning any changes or improvements?
@R_Ebeler We are currently in testing to add breakout functionality to GoToWebinar as well as Training. I don't know if the compatibility will change yet until the full release, which should be arriving in the next few weeks. Currently we support both Chrome and the newest Edge versions: https://support.goto.com/training/help/what-are-the-system-requirements-for-activities-and-breakouts
