We have one Premium account and one free account which we would like to link together in a Family Plan.. I started the Family Account trial from my Premium account and invited my wife but we can't find a way link to her existing account which contains a lot of information. How do we load her existing account information into the Family Account? She needs to switch between an iPad Pro and desktop computer and the Family Plan appears the cheapest way to do this or do we need two Premium Accounts?

You should be able to send an invite to the email address associated with your wife's existing LastPass Account, and she will receive an email invitation which will then associate her existing account with your Family.
