We need a MAC Technician ... pc's are great, I fix them all day, but a mac technician would be nice so I can fix those pc's from a MAC!

Any news on this front? It really would be nice to have a Mac client, or at least a version that will run in the browser on a Mac...
Welcome to the club... You're in good company with the rest of us Mac users who have been begging for a Mac Technician Console for many Christmas'. (My pleading began on 10/15/2007...)
I'd be more-than-happy with a Firefox extension, a hack, a temporary work-around, anything that would run the Tech Console on Mac without the need for a Windows virtual machine.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the LMI Rescue service, BUT for over $1,500 each and every year, we deserve better than having to cross our fingers and 'hope' that something is actively being developed that offers true support for Mac Technicians...
Please LMI, let's get a Tech Console on Macs!?
