Chat support just cut me off when asking a question? Should i be buying a premium subscription with this type of support?

My question was about how conversion from trial to subscription works after receiving an email about that.
Why would I sign up before the end of the trial when the beginning date is that day and not the end of the trial so it only makes sense to wait until the end of the trial to sign up. It would be more convenient if it just extended off the end of the trial instead and then I would not have to wait until the last day to do that.
