Delay of Browser App / Webapp

Hello all,

We would like to hold an online event with GoToWebinar. Everything works perfectly in the mobile and desktop app. However, there is a problem when holding the event directly in the browser. The participant has a delay of more than 20 seconds until the image or sound adjusts. This is a big problem for the presentations.

Is there a solution for this?

@Patrice16 I'm afraid the delay with web app participants is an expected one at this time. I will share your feedback with the development team.
