GoTo Opener is deleted after leaving test session

I'm trying to install the desktop application of GoToTraining on my Windows 10 Laptop to participate in a training over the next three days.

The downloading and installing of GoTo Opener works without any problem and the test session with "Olivia" works well and everything seems to be working as it should.

As soon as I leave this test session GoTo Opener disappears from my computer and GoToTraining can't be found anywhere either. Nothing is installed. What is happening?

@CrisRich58 Which operating system are you working with there?

When you joined the test session, did you check the box to use the GoTo Opener every time when your web browser prompted the download / launch system?
