Unattended device This session is no longer available.

I'm still new to this system and I've got an error when trying to connect to one of the unattended devices.

This session is no longer available.

The dashboard shows that the device is online, I can connect to others ok. The unattended device has been rebooted and the dashboard showed me when it was back online. I have rebooted my device too but no luck getting access again.

Any tips on what I can do or is it a case of uninstall client and put it back on?

This seems to have resolved itself overnight. No idea where the fault was.
