I tried to cancel my subscription following the procedure on the website.
When calling 800-789-732 from Italy, I first tried the guided procedure and it ended without finding credit card number.
The following step was talking with the operator. She wasn't able to find the credit card as well and told me that this call center doesn't cover GoToMyPC requests.
That's unbelievable: no guided procedure on the website, call center procedure fails and absurd answers from operators...
Need direct support here. I don't want to waste other time.
My subscription will automatically renew in few weeks and I don't need this service anymore.
