I have two questions. I’ve been using Log Me In Rescue for about six months, and really enjoy it in assisting my customers in my small computer repair business. Forgive me ignorance, but I’m wondering if there’s a way that I can access my PC at my office from my home. As you know, the way it usually works, is the customer clicks on the calling card and we’re connected. But if no one is at my office and I would like to log into my PC, how would I do that?
Second question is more like a problem. When assisting customers remotely, I find that I cannot click on dialog boxes generated by Zone Alarm. A lot of my clients use Zone Alarm Firewall, and when the warning pops up asking them to “Allow” or “Deny” any programs access to the Internet, I cannot click on “Allow” or “Deny”. In fact, other than opening the Zone Alarm program, I cannot click on anything within the program once it starts.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
David
