it is not possible to install the logmein antivirus by the panel or by the separate software. The error "the install process was canceled by the user" is displayed at the time the services start to be activated

OK, we will probably need the log files for a detailed investigation. They will be in the install directory or the ProgramData directory.Central Log FilesC:\Program Files\LogMeIn\LogMeIn.log and LMIYYYYMMDD.logLMI Anti-virus (LMI AV)Same as other logs.C:\ProgramData\LogMeIn - LogMeInAVServer.log

@fdoliveira Is this an error received by an Admin User on the local Windows machine when attempting to install LMI AV?
