I'll have a GoToWebinar next week. I can now see the number of people who have registered, but I'm wondering if I can know the exact number of people that actually show up and join the webinar.

Can I see that number after the webinar?

After the webinar is over, you run an Attendee Report. That report will show everyone who registered, which ones attended, how long they attended, and everything they entered on the registration page.
