Can't delete my premium account

I have been spending countless hours trying to delete my account, . I have blogged about my experience, and the lack of actual help from the "help desk".

This also explains why you get one result and I get another result. But you are instructed never to acknowledge fault on behalf of the company, so it will never get fixed. Meanwhile, your webmaster is blissfully unaware of the problem.

What part of "please delete my account" is it that you don't understand?

I tried Internet Explorer 11 with no extensions, not even the LastPass extension.

I tried Google Chrome in Incognito mode, with all extensions disabled.

I tried Firefox Private browsing.

I tried Microsoft Edge with no extensions.

I have tried on several PCs and laptops, including one that I have never used to log in to LastPass before.

I am busy downloading a VirtualBox image from Microsoft for testing browsers. Maybe that will work.

Why can't you guys just use basic HTML that is guaranteed to work on all browsers? Clearly this super-sensitive, entirely vulnerable, overly engineered JavaScript spread out over several modules doesn't work. All the other aspects of the site work fine. What is so special about the "Delete" button?

Former Member The screenshots were taken in the latest version of Firefox using one of my test accounts on my personal laptop today as I replied to you. This one was taken just now in Chrome.

When did you take those screen shots and what browser did you use?

From your screen shots it looks like something is preventing the dialog boxes from displaying correctly, possibly some kind of privacy extension or something similar. You might want to try again using an incognito tab.

Here is what we display when you delete your account and know the master password:

Again, if the page is not displaying correctly for you try an incognito or private tab to rule out any browser extensions interfering.
