In the Rescue Administration Center under "Channels" I implimented the "Custom Live Support Forms with Self Hosted Instant Chat" so when the customer enters there name and clicks "Connect to Technician" the chat window pops up in a new window.
I would like to achieve this but using the PIN CODE method. I can not seem to find any info or sample code to achive this. Currently with the PIN CODE sample code it opens the Instant Chat in a <div> on the same page, I would like it in a new window.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
