Training for visually impaired

I would like to use LogMeIn to remotely train my visually impaired clients. 

 

1.  Which product would be best for this purpose? Rescue or IT?

 

2.  I downloaded the trial version of rescue.  

      Q: were is the Launch Remote Control Button?  Or is this not available in the trial version.

Ok, I guess I was impatient. 

 

I worked yesterday with two blind people and we tried all three options: 

 

1.  Pin - did not work -- too many steps for a blind or visually impaired person to go through

2.  Email -  did not work -- too many steps for a blind or visually impaired person to go through

3.  URL - the least steps and it seemed the easist for a blind person.

 

I'll keep you update.
