Why is it with the new version of Logmein Rescue Console, that when you choose the option of Rebooting the clients machine that you instantly lose sight of their screen and a 'Reboot' message appears?
The problem is that if the user is not present and there is a program that is preventing the PC from shutting down (Ie. the 'End Now' screen has appeared) then you cant click on 'End Now' to continue shutting down the PC because you have lost remote control and you have to either make a phone call or wait till the client looks at his/her screen and realises whats happened.
Please note that when you reboot the clients machine by clicking on their Start button/ restart and restarting that way that you can maintain remote control right till the service stops.
Is this a flaw or a setting that i need to change to be able to maintain remote control incase (whilst in the shutdown stage) of any shutdown errors?
