@Karine1 I'm sorry we don't have any direct phone lines in Belgium, but we do offer Support calls to France and Germany if you go through this site: https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/how-do-i-contact-support
Let us know if you cannot get through to one of the phone numbers, or if you created a case there and haven't heard back via email in over 48 hours.
