GoToWebinar Opener is installed on computer but keeps asking to download and install?

I have deployed the GoToWebinar Opener via a GPO using the MSI

I can see that the software is installed on the user computer.

Yet when I try and launch a Webinar on user computer it is still requiring to download and install????

Please help users are not allowed to download exe or install anything. As per Dept cyber security requirments.

Need this to work as the Dept is using this platform for all its webinars.

Please could I have a solution asap.

All sorted as was provided with wrong GoToOpener.MSI .

Was the signal user one not the multi use one.

Here is some more information.

Not sure what mean by test launch? I have set up a user computer for testing, deployed the software from server via GPO /msi, have check that it is installed on the user computer.

Then I created a trail/account to be able to schedule a Webinar, shared link to a test account, registered for webinar with test account. Then tried joining webinar with test account on user computer which has opener installed but still asked to download and run which users do not have permission to do so.

Is this something I can set via a GPO on the GoToWebinar Opener as we have offices all over the country?

If it is a setting on the Webinar side we have no control over this.

@Mikle103 Are you able to test the launch of the application after checking the option to automatically use the GoTo launcher app every time in the local web browser?
