I've been trying very hard to purchase LastPass over the past year, but without success. As soon as I enter my billing address and click on the credit card field, the screen refreshes and shows the error, "We're sorry, something went wrong". There's a page in the support center for this error, but it has no resolution.

I've also tried updating my billing info in my account, and get the error, "Your details could not be saved. Please try again later."

I've tried from multiple PC's using different ISP's, multiple browsers, and my phone. I've entered both my home and work addresses in different cities, and get the same result. I've tried clearing cookies and using incognito mode in Firefox and Chrome. I've opened two support tickets in February and April this year, none of the suggestions from support worked.
I'd really like to purchase Families, and don't want to move everything to another password manager. Please take my money! 😀
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!
