I used to subscribe the pro plan on gotowebinar a few months ago and then canceled the subscription for a while.
Now, I'd like to subscribe the "standard" plan, but the system/website doesn't offer the option.
I've searched some related discussions and didn't find solution.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Also, I try to create a new account to purchase the standard plan but it keeps saying "something went wrong" in the checkout section and doesn't show me where the wrong part is (I'm quite sure all the information I provided is correct.)
I'll appreciate a lot if anyone can help me with this. Thanks!
