I have one specific user under our LogMeIn Central account that is unable to use the remote printing option. This user has full admin rights but the remote printing option remains greyed out. Host preferences for the computers on the account have remote printing enable. All other accounts under our Central account work correctly. Any ideas?
Printing locally is working fine.
In that case, it indicates a problem at the Host end. Is it printing locally OK?
I would check the printer spooler there to confirm it is sending the jobs correctly. If it is, then a re-install of LogMeIn may be needed.

@mfs Can you tell us which operating system the problem client is utilizing?
Is Remote Printing for this host also missing when you connect from different clients?
