How do I get hold of LogMeIn tech support. I tried filling out the email us form, but it doesn't let me submit it after I fill it out.
That is no a viable solution when you have hundreds of workstations you are managing and keeping computer names up to date is a nightmare.
@AshC there is another issue. We are not able to reboot systems using one to many.
shutdown /r simply doesn't work. The command runs but never reboots the computer. No error messages or anything?
Any help on this?
@dptg I'm sorry that type of report is not currently available. You can create asset tags manually for computer names of each host, but I realize this is time consuming. Here's a reference guide: https://support.logmeininc.com/central/help/logmein-central-report-types-central-c-central-reporttypes

@AshC Ash do you know of a way to get the computer name (hostname) from logmein to show up on the inventory report? Or if there is a workaround to do this through one to many or another way to get a list of all computers names and computer description in one excel / csv file?
