Attendees stuck in registration loop

One attendee spent 20 minutes trying to log in to a GoToTraining session yesterday. Even with the organizer's login credentials, they still had issues getting in. After dozens of attempts, the attendee was able to enter the room without changing what they were doing; it just suddenly worked. Is there a more efficient way for them to get into a room?

I'm afraid we will need more info to determine the cause of any connection problem. I would start by having the attendee check this firewall document: https://support.goto.com/training/help/how-do-i-configure-gototraining-to-work-with-firewalls
