I added additional materials in section of my training. Once I added them in I selected to receive After The Session. Moments later many people wrote into SPINS saying that they received an email to view their Materials. These people that have been receiving the email (screenshotted below) haven't taken sessions in a long time. Why was this email triggered? We cannot figure it out. Any insights would be appreciated!

@anewkirk That may explain why some of this is occurring. Events are not currently designed to last longer than 1 calendar year. I would suggest creating a new training schedule to separate from the past.
Hello! This is a reoccurring event and was not copied from a previous event. This session has been on the scheduled and recurring for over a year.
