Can NOT run anti-virus programs

This problem maybe a buy of LogMeIn. I connected to my coustomer's computer through logme in rescue, and I can transfe files, delete, copy... but when I try to scan virus with Kaspersky or other anti-virus programs, I can NOT click anything. Anybody have the same experience and how do you reslove it?
