USB audio device failure only in GoTo Training (works in GoTo Meeting + all other video chat apps)

Hi, everyone. Has anyone had success using USB audio interfaces, specifically, the Motu M2?

On a Mac, my mic connected to this interface results in regular crackle--constant clicks that last about 1/10 second, each. The audio is not usable. On the same Mac, audio from an HDMI capture device works, as well as Bluetooth mics and the onboard mic on theMacBook Pro M1 Max. Also on the same Mac, the mic on the Motu M2 works fine in every other application, including other video chat apps like Zoom, Messenger, and even non-training GoTo Meetings. It's only GoTo Training that does has this artifact.

Hello, AshC. I've only used GoTo Training with the Motu M2 twice, and both times it had the audio corruption issue.

@echeng Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Do you recall if this USB connected Motu M2 used to work with GoToTraining previously?
