On Thursday, March 3, we started a GoToTraining session (Training ID: 937-642-908) and one of our internal laptop webcams could not be recognized. It has worked every time before, so we are not sure of the problem this time.

Can you tell us what operating system and webcam you use with GoToTraining?
Do you know if there are any software updates for the system or webcam hardware?
