I'm going to stop my LastPass family subscription and I've canceled the auto renewal. But my credit card information is still in my Payment Method of my LastPass account. I can only update it with another valid credit card, but cannot find any way to remove it. How to do that?
Hey @GlennD, I have this same issue. I'll be switching my account from Family to Free. Can you please delete the payment method associated with my LastPass account? Thanks for your help!
p.s. I echo other sentiments on this thread -- requiring users to engage customer support for really basic data hygiene for sensitive payment information is a HUGE oversight for a company that purports to be concerned with privacy and security. Please, please communicate my strongest discontent to your product leadership team. Thanks again.
How do I go about requesting my payment method to be deleted from my account. I can't find anywhere to contact support and currently don't have a working phone number.

Are you planning to go back to a Free plan or switch to another solution? If you are switching, after you have exported your data you can delete your account which will remove all information.
