I attempted to cancel my subscription but it automatically renewed as I am unable to contact support. It asks to input a ticket or press # but does nothing and then hangs up. I've tried different phones with the same result. How do I reach someone and get a refund?

Yes I called the number but it doesn't detect me inputting the case number or # key .... it just keeps asking even though I'm hitting #

There is a phone call option if you click the 'Contact Support' link at the bottom of the GoTo cancellation article: https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/how-do-i-cancel-my-gotomeeting-subscription-plan
You do not need to enter the account email if you don't want to, simply click 'Skip this step'.
