Please Notify when Changing VM sender email address

So far you have changes the sender address on juve/gotoconnect, it went from jivecommunications.com to jive.com and now goto.com. When you do this and do not notify your customers, we get thousands of missed VMs because MS 365 blocks all your domains as spam.

PLEASE stop changing without prior notice!!!

The following email was sent out to all account admins on March 14th, 2022. Clearly, some account admins did not receive the email for some reason so we will be sure to cross-post future announcements on the GoToConnect News board.

Not only did they change it, but I also can't find a reference to it anywhere. So, I definitely have to agree with this. It is an email address that makes much more sense, it just would have been great to have been notified and your support pages updated to reflect that. if they are, and I just missed it, I apologize.

@mfoote I apologize for the sudden change in communications. This should be the last update experienced for a while with regards to new GoTo domains.
