I have been checking the tickets feature but I am not able to see the possibility of uploading attachments.
Where is this option? If is not, will it be in the future?

We will be releasing the ability to attach files to tickets in the next 2-3 weeks.
Just wanted to follow up on this - it's July now and I still don't see the ability to include attachments in a ticket. Any progress on this one? Thanks
This option will be released by end of May.
