Camera Resolution very low in GotoTraining

I am seeing some an issue where the camera quality during a test GoToTraining call is very poor. It looks OK when viewing a small image of the camera while screen sharing, but if I click on the camera to go full screen, it goes very pixelated and poor quality. This is on a test call with multiple different participants, with only the main one sharing video.

I should also note that the camera image looks great on the main participate screen, it only looks bad to a remote participant when they zoom in.

If I use the same computer and camera combo, the image looks great in GoToMeeting or Teams or Zoom. It is only in GoToTraining that I see this poor video quality.

Are there any settings in GoToTraining which are limiting the Camera video quality?

OK, the reason we want to confirm the version is because the new GoTo app has very frequent updates. Any more info you can tell us about the computer OS version (graphics card etc), and webcam hardware would also help to understand the conflict.

I am not in front of the PC at the moment, but the version should be the newest. It was just downloaded within the last 3 weeks.

When testing we are only sharing 1 camera feed from the host’s computer when we see that issue. No content or other webcams are being shared.

Can you please confirm the GoToTraining software version you are using there?

How many webcams are being shared at one time when you are testing the quality?
