i cannot access the control panel at all. it opens to the taskbar but will not open when clicked so I can set preferences etc. i have uninstalled and reinstalled. run as admin. nothing helps. thank you
not antivirus. downloaded from your website. says it installs fine. opens to taskbar but cannot open to view. just sits locked in taskbar. services say it is running.
Where are you downloading the installer from? Is it from a Installer Package in Central? If so, it may have a Host Preference package attached to it.It may be too far fetched, but could it be an Antivirus blocking the software?
full admin. windows 10.
