Trying to use the new experience and I can't draw on the screen because when when I enable drawing the shared screen scrambles with scattered pixels over the top 1/4 of the screen. Drawing does actually work, but whatever was on the shared screen scrambles into the upper 1/4 of the screen as long as drawing is enabled. Once drawing is disabled the shared screen is back to normal. Interestingly I had Aero disabled for performance reasons initially and once I enable it, I can enable drawing tools without scrambling the shared screen, but drawing tools simply don't work. With drawing enabled trying to draw with Aero enabled just creates selection boxes on the screen but nothing else, can toggle the drawing status back and forth without messing up the screen but simply can't draw anything.
I have tried:
- Updating all drivers including Display drivers
- Doing it on the laptop built-in screen with docking station disconnected - no effect
- Tried disabling and re-enabling Aero (see above)
- Tried several different Windows themes both Aero and non-Aero, no effect
- Messed around with Compatibility including letting goto.exe running as administrator - no effect
Suggestions please?
