Attendees viewing other Attendee chats feature missing in New GoToTraining PLUS chat log missing

Please add the feature that allows the Organizer to restrict viewing and answering of Chats by Participants. In the Classic GoToTraining, you could restrict chats to Organizers Only so that participants could neither view or chat with other participants. When you are asking them to type an answer to a problem and they reply to everyone, it defeats the whole exercise. Sometimes students do it without realizing they replied to everyone. Need to control that from the Organizer side.

ALSO, please get the Chat Log saving to the Document folder as a function as soon as possible. It helps to document participation and without it, it is problematic.

Hi @SPGR

That feature is still available [allow attendees to chat with organizer only], BUT you have to set it at every session whereas previously you were able to set it as the default. It's in 'Settings' [the cog icon], 'General' tab, move the slider to switch off 'Allow attendees to ...'

I'm seriously unimpressed with the 'new experience'! and the fact that GTT are treating loyal customers as beta testers!
