1. Evidence of attendance - is there an issue with these not being sent out please? or any one else has the same issue?
We have it enabled but none of my delegates have received theirs (not in spam).
2. I always join on different email address, so I can experience I could not join the session yesterday as delegate, on the old version even in cognito as it is making you install and as already installed, as presenter, wont work, so that is why I did not receive my certificate, which I use to show what they will receive.
However all the clients did not receive their certificates in training yesterday and we have another session today. Note, the clients who did receive their reminders. We always select enable as standard, but cannot double check now session is closed, so we will check again today
Please let me know if known issue or affects any others.
