I don't think it's from PC. I made 4 recordings. Monday morning: No problem. The other 3 were very small. I tried to re-encode but bad quality or file too big

I still have the .g2m files
How can I re-encode with these files?

My PC :

Intel Core I7-10750H 2.60GHZ

64Go

Windows 10 21H2

Resolution 1920X1080

Hi @sylvain3, welcome to the community.

After you finished converting the recording did it still have the black frame around it when you viewed it? Can you provide some details about the PC that you recorded the session on? What version of Windows does it run, and what is the resolution of your screen?
