Can Rescue cause XP Professional Windows Explorer to hang (Not Responding)?

I recently logged into a customers XP Pro system, and when I launched Windows Explorer it opened a window but did not respond. When attempting to close it reported "Windows Explorer is not responding" and had to be cancelled.

Can this be cause by LogMeIn Rescue itself?
