I have followed the steps here.

But the print jobs are still mirrored. I also fully removed the driver in print management and re-installed it.
Anyone have more suggestions?
Also, doesn't Logmein have any type of support anymore? I can't even find a live chat, everything routes me here. As a paying customer I'd think there would be more support options available.
