Update broke the Custom fields when URL field contains a value.

- If I create a new password, with only using default fields, it works fine. (Notice I put nothing in URL field)

- Then I add custom fields and save, and that works fine.

- Now here is where the problem occurs and makes this platform no longer usable for me... When I add a value in the URL field and hit save, the custom fields are wiped out.

This issue stated after update that happened on or around June 15th
