I have been using LastPass for a few months now and I subscribed to the Pro account and it is not really living up to expectations.
Often on sites I visit the auto-fill password does not come up. There will sometimes be the 'three-dot-icon' but clicking this just takes me to the page to login using my Master password to LastPass. This is very inconvenient and defeats the purpose of having the software. When I check the vault, I definitely have a password saved for this site.
I also had some issues with using LastPass on my phone. It seems that unless I use a particular browser (Ecosia) the auto-fill does not work.
The LastPass support page is also a bit confusing as it re-directs you to the 'GoTo' site which I assume is the holding company or owns LastPass and second you need to sign-up to 'LetmeIn' or something...what is all this? Too many different names.
I generally use 'Brave' as my broswer of choice but often last pass doesn't work well with this browser.
I feel like the main job of the software is not being done and not sure what to do to ensure it is robust and always works which would be great and otherwise it is good software. I am thinking to switch to NordVPN who offer a password management software. Have you had similar issues with other users and is there anything you can recommend?
