Virtual Backgrounds (Beta) Disappeared For Our Organization—Again—On July 30, 2022

Hello,

The Virtual Backgrounds (Beta) has disappeared without warning again similar to how the feature disappeared for our organization around July 4, 2022. They were available yesterday (PDT), but have been missing since at least our company all-hands meeting at 9:30am today.

I hope someone at GoTo sees this message and is able to restore the Virtual Backgrounds for our org by Monday. It's extremely frustrating that GoTo Customer Support doesn't consider the disappearance of Virtual Backgrounds to be a problem because the feature is in beta (for at least 6 months now)!

Hi @btn,

Sorry for any frustration, you should see the Virtual Backgrounds beta feature enabled on your account again. It appears a backend change temporarily removed the option from some beta testers' accounts.
