I want to use virtual camera in Gotowebinar, let virtual camera work with Vividcast, but when I turn on the virtual camera, it gives error message and doesn't let me use.
I need help with this problem.
I used to use GTM+TL5 for meetings and it worked wellI select virtual camera as output in TL5, then go to GTM to start virtual camera, this is the perfect way.
In the same environment and hardware, why can't I use GTW+TL5 now? it keeps telling me to initialize.

I go to computer settings\camera, in it I turned off any software that might have access to the camera.
After restarting my computer, I opened Gotowebinar again, start the virtual camera but he still shows the error.
I did not open any other software and camera.

That error message suggests that another process/application is already accessing the virtual webcam that you are trying to select and that is preventing our software from accessing it. You will need to identify the other process/application and exit it first.
